By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Talkora Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Services

Talkora Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Randolph, MA and surrounding communities in Massachusetts. The scope of each service is defined at the time of booking and confirmed with the client.

3. Booking & Payment

• Service quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days.
• Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning service unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs significantly from what was quoted.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified at booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled appointment are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe, clear access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply. You are responsible for securing valuables and informing us of any special access requirements.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to areas outside the agreed scope of service.

7. Liability

Talkora Cleaning Services carries general liability insurance. We take care with your property, but our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear. Please notify us of fragile or valuable items before the cleaning begins.

8. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion.
