We work with independent contractors who take pride in their work. Whether you run your own small operation or are looking for consistent clients to fill your schedule, Talkora is a great fit.
As a subcontractor, you work on a 1099 basis — you control your schedule, the jobs you accept, and how you grow. We provide the clients, the eco-friendly products, and a professional platform to operate from.

Requirements
To work with Talkora, you'll need to meet these basic requirements before getting started.
Reliable Transportation
Your own vehicle to get to client locations across Massachusetts.
General Liability Insurance
Active GL insurance, or willingness to obtain before your first job. We can guide you.
Cleaning Experience
1+ year of residential, commercial, or vacation rental cleaning experience preferred.
Smartphone
You need a smartphone to receive job assignments, communicate with the team, and manage your schedule.
Attention to Detail
Our clients expect a consistent, high-quality clean every visit — that standard starts with you.
Dependability
Show up on time, communicate clearly, and follow through on commitments.
Background check required for all contractors prior to first assignment.
Available Opportunities
Residential Cleaning Contractor
Clean homes on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) using our eco-friendly products and 64-point checklist. Most jobs are in the Randolph, Milton, Canton, and Braintree areas.
- Typical jobs: 2–4 hours per home
- Recurring clients — consistent work

Commercial Cleaning Contractor
Clean offices, storefronts, and commercial spaces in Norfolk County and surrounding areas. Often scheduled for early mornings or evenings.
- Typical jobs: 1–3 hours per location
- Early morning / evening availability preferred
- Recurring commercial clients
- Must be detail-oriented and professional
- Background check required
Airbnb & Vacation Rental Contractor
Fast-turnaround cleanings between guest stays for Airbnb and short-term rental hosts across Greater Boston and the South Shore.
- Typical jobs: 1.5–3 hours
- High demand on weekends and holidays
- Ability to work on short notice is a plus
- Hotel-quality bed-making required
- Damage inspection report submitted after each clean
